At nytheravox, we're committed to supporting your growth in financial modeling. Our refund policy reflects this commitment while maintaining fairness for all participants in our programs.

When Refunds Apply

Early Withdrawal

Full refunds are available if you withdraw within 14 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 20% of course materials.

Technical Issues

If platform problems prevent access to your program for more than 72 consecutive hours, partial or full refunds may be granted.

Program Cancellation

Should nytheravox cancel a program before its start date, participants receive a complete refund within 10 business days.

Schedule Changes

Major schedule modifications announced after enrollment may qualify for refunds if the new timing doesn't suit your circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to help@nytheravox.com with your enrollment details and reason for the refund request. Include your full name and the program name.

We'll review your request within three business days. You might receive follow-up questions to better understand your situation.

Decision Notification

You'll receive an email with our decision and, if approved, details about the refund amount and timing.

Payment Processing

Approved refunds are processed within five business days. The time until funds appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Refund Scenarios

Before Program Starts

Withdrawals made at least seven days before the program start date receive a full refund minus a £50 administrative fee. Requests made within seven days receive an 80% refund.

B

First Two Weeks

During the initial 14 days after program start, you can withdraw for a 70% refund if you've accessed less than 20% of materials. This gives you time to assess if the program fits your needs.

After Two Weeks

Once the 14-day period ends, refunds are generally not available. Exceptions may be made for documented medical emergencies or significant life events.

Special Circumstances

Each situation is unique. If you're facing unexpected challenges that affect your ability to continue, reach out. We review cases individually and work to find fair solutions.

Important Information

Downloadable resources and materials accessed before a refund request cannot be "returned." Refund amounts may be adjusted based on the materials you've already downloaded. Certificate programs have different refund terms outlined in their specific enrollment agreements.

Payment Methods and Processing

Credit & Debit Cards

Refunds appear within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer's processing time.

Bank Transfers

Direct refunds to bank accounts typically process within 3-7 business days after approval.

PayPal Payments

PayPal refunds usually appear in your account within 24-48 hours of processing.

All refunds return to the original payment method used during enrollment. We cannot split refunds across multiple payment methods or send them to different accounts.

What's Not Covered

Some situations fall outside our standard refund policy:

  • Programs completed in full, regardless of satisfaction with outcomes
  • Promotional or discounted enrollments may have modified refund terms stated at purchase
  • Third-party software or tools purchased separately from nytheravox programs
  • Monthly subscription plans after the initial billing cycle has ended
  • Group enrollment packages coordinated through organizations
  • Course bundles where individual courses have been substantially accessed

If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies, it's worth asking. We prefer clarity over assumptions.

Alternatives to Refunds

Sometimes a refund isn't the best solution. We offer other options that might better suit your needs:

  • Transfer your enrollment to a future program session at no additional cost
  • Pause your access for up to three months if you're dealing with temporary circumstances
  • Switch to a different program that better matches your current skill level
  • Extend your access period if you need more time to complete materials

These alternatives often work better than refunds when timing or program fit is the issue. Reach out to discuss what might work for your situation.
